There’s something about photographing weddings in the Harrisburg area that just feels like home. The Harrisburg region is full of hidden gems. One weekend, I might be shooting at a classic estate tucked into rolling farmland. The next, I could be capturing city skyline portraits along the Susquehanna River or photographing a couple’s first look on the steps of the Capitol building.
There’s this great variety in style and setting — from historic mansions to modern industrial venues, open barns, charming inns, and even breweries. That variety keeps me inspired and gives each couple a chance to make their day feel completely personal.

Close to Home, but Always Open to Adventure
One of the perks of being based here? I'm within reach of so many amazing spots — Lancaster, Hershey, Gettysburg, the Philly suburbs — and even quick trips to Maryland or New Jersey. I love the mix of staying local and still getting to travel for weddings that take me into new terrain.
But there’s also something comforting about being close to home. After a long wedding day, it’s pretty great to wind down with a late-night Sheetz run and a short drive back.
